Prices
3. All our prices are nett. Discounts will be considered for bulk purchases. All Prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing
4. We only accept Cash, Corporate cheque payments or e-invoicing for government-linked schools.

Cancellation of Orders
5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

6. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & Refunds
7. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects.
